摘要：A case history of road embankment repair using geogrid reinforce earth wall is presented. A total of 10 road failures occurred along Genting Highland to Bukit Cincin road in Pahang on 30th October 1997 during the monsoon seasons. Of the 10 locations of road failures, 4 locations were repaired using geogrid reinforced earth wall. Geogrid reinforced wall was selected since there was enough space at downslope section to construct the wall safely. This paper fully explained in detail the remedial works using geogrid reinforced earth wall.
