摘要：Последњих пар деценија појам одрживог развоја добија све више на ин- тересовању. Растућем интересовању за овај концeпт су допринели изазови са ко- јима се суочава савремени свет попут: глобалног загревања, смањења озонског омoтача, све чешћe појавe природних катастрофа (цунами, урагани, земљотреси, поплаве и др.), све већи степен загађења животне средине, али и растућа свест о значају очувања животне средине. Концепт одрживог развоја укључује три еле- мента: економски, социјални и еколошки. У раду се посебно анализира примена еколошке компоненте концепцијe одрживог развоја у Црној Гори. Истиче се да, иако је Црна Гора прогласила себе за еколошку државу, да се концепт одрживог развоја примењује више деклара- тивно. Стога се у раду дају и конкретне препоруке како промовисати концепт одрживог развоја у Црној Гори.
其他摘要：In recent decades, there has been a growing interest for the concept of sustainable development. The interest for this concept was spurred by challenges facing the modern world, such as global warming, the ozone layer depletion, frequent natural disasters (tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and the like), and increased environmental pollution, but also a growing awareness of the importance of environmental protection. The concept of sustainable development includes three elements: eco-nomic, social, and environmental element. This paper specifically addresses the implementation of the environmental component of sustainable development in Montenegro. The emphasized fact is that, although Montenegro declared itself an ecological state, the concept of sustainable development is applied more or less on paper only. Therefore, the paper offers concrete recommendations for promoting the concept of sustainable development in Montenegro.
