摘要:The University of Ottawa’s first course for all business students is ADM1300, Introduction to Business Management. Demanding exams, complex individual and group case studies are all included. For the group studies, the class is divided into 10-15 person labs, where student teams present their findings. In my class, when a team would present its work, a fellow student would never fail to object to the presenting team’s proposed solution, claiming he knew the source of the problem: “It’s COMMUNICATION!” The graduate assistant in charge of the class would then quietly sigh, and explain that, though communication did have something to do with it, since this was a chapter on accounting (for example), maybe he should focus his attention there.
