摘要:Men's intervention on nature is such, that it could lead to planetary catastrophes. The scientific community has published their worries about it. Such worries result from a complex association ofwell established theories, experimental data with some margin of error and polemical "ad hoc" models. Three of those questions have been raised recently: the nuclear winter, the hole on the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect. It will be interesting to make parallels among them, to introduce the subject of this paper. A few years ago, the possibility of nuclear winter deriving from nuclear war between the two superpowers was discussed. Fortunately, the political events after Gorbachov took power, highlighted bythe recent changes in East Europe, opened new overtures to world peace, independently from the polemics on nuclear winter. It was an example ofpolitical solution, unthinkable sometime ago. For the two other.questions, it is necessary solutions of environment, technological and energy policy. The ozone on the top of the atmosphere is destructed by emission of chlorofluorcarbon (CFC) gases produced by the industrial activities and by products which are now being interdicted. restrleted and replaced by new regulations in several countries. according to the Montreal Protocol of 1987.
