摘要：El presente artículo se construye con el objetivo de sensibilizar a la sociedad y a quienes dirigen las acerca de la importancia de promover en su interior políticas y medidas tendientes a garantizar la efectividad de los derechos humanos, específicamente los relacionados con la equidad de género, a partir de la generación decambios en la cultura que promuevan ambientes laborales más diversos, tolerantes e inclusivos, y en el contexto de las nuevas teorías del desarrollo y la administración que se convierten en importantes herramientas estratégicas para no solo aumentar la productividad de las empresas sino para satisfacer el interés general y el bienestar de la sociedad dentro de parámetros de calidad, eficiencia y eficacia
