摘要：The British Museum expedition to Hagr Edfu has recently completed the documentation of one of the site's most important pharaonic monuments, the tomb-chapel of an elite offical named Sataimau, which dates to early Dynasty 18. In advance of full publication, the paper present a brief overview, with selective illustration, of this unique tomb's decorative programme, highlighting its several unusual components and placing them where possible in their local and more general cultural context. It includes a publication of the expedition's new archaeological map of the site and a bibliography of its work to date
