摘要：The principle main goal of the image zooming technique is to fit a smaller (or larger) images to larger (or smaller) sized display device. In order to satisfy this operation, image zooming technique must be able to alter the image size to the other one. The proposed method consists of four steps. They are ‘obtain original image,’ ‘image downscaling by image zooming,’ ‘artifact removal process by circle shaped low pass filtering,’ and ‘detail preserving process by unsharp masking.’ The simulation results approve that the proposed method removed blocking artifact and remained image details in a prosperous manner
