The study investigated the level of availability of ICT facilities in libraries of selected Nigerian universities; the degree of accessibility of the facilities; and the challenges affecting the effective use of the facilities. The descriptive survey design was used for the study. The population consisted of all the librarians in the selected universities and self-developed questionnaire was used to collect data. The study found that majority of the facilities that were available are not accessible for the use of the librarians, and only multimedia projector, internet facilities, and office equipment were accessible. However, poor power supply and inadequate funding were revealed to hinder the effective use of the facilities by the librarians. Therefore, it was recommended that university management should invest more on the acquisition of new electronic resources in order to increase the use level of the librarians; and that librarians should form consortia to reduce cost of provision and access to library information resources.
