摘要:Hyd rological modelling of large river catchments has become a challenging task for water resources engineers due to its complexity in collecting and handling of both spatial and non-spatial data such as rainfall, gauge-discharge data. With changes of surface in Lukus River Basin and the climatic and meteorological changes in Morocco in recent years, it is necessary to study the hydrologic processes, which can al so provide technical support for the flood control and warning unit. Thus, the development of an intelligent DSS for Real -Time flood forecasting and warning is crucial for reducing flood disasters urgently and effectively
