摘要：In Recent era everyone wants the dynamic and personalization in each and everything. Cellular netwo rk also going towards to provides dynamic and personalization location area to their Mobile users. In this research paper comparison of various dynamic location areas planning methods are illustrated. In Dynamic Location area planning, instead of fixed and static location area strategy of cellular network, each and every user of cellular network have its own location area which contain most frequently visited base stations. Most of the mobile users have a fix or predefined movement in the cellular network based on that we can easily allocate personalized location areas which have dynamic nature. This phenomenon reduces the total location management cost (sum of Location update cost and Paging Cost) of the cellular network
