摘要：Genetic differences among three Norway spruce stands in PLA Slavkovský les, near territory of Kladské rašeliny (peatbog) reserve, were investigated by using isozyme analysis of samples from 315 trees, in conditions of diversified geological structure, where tectonic faults were found by method of resistance profiling. Using one-dimensional horizontal electrophoresis, G-6-PDH, GDH, SDH-A,PGM-A, LAP-B and AAT-C isozymic loci were studied. Relatively high degree of heterozygosity was found for G-6-PDH, SDH-A, LAP-B and AAT-C loci in the stands out of territory of Kladské rašeliny reserve where heterozygosity was low for most of studied loci (G-6-PDH, GDH, SDH-A, PGM-A, LAP-B, e.g.). For the stand in the Kladské rašeliny reserve, very low genetic diversity was found. Geophysical survey performed in framework of this genetic study, showed presence of remarkable tectonic faults. For polymorphic loci G-6-PDH, SDH-A, LAP-B and AAT-C, increased heterozygosity and minor allele´s distribution, indicating increased genetic diversity, were found for parts of stands situated near the tectonic faults.
