摘要:Forest ecosystems condition and course of inner processes, in addition to their composition, are partly influenced by ecological and site conditions, together with management interventions. Harmful factors and their sets affecting forest are of specific character and importance impacting structural and ecological processes, icluding genetic changes in forest tree species populations. Regarding general current deteriorated health condition of forest, especially in Central Europe, caused to a great extent by human factor, genetic changes in forest tree species populations are registered, as well. This paper presents synthetically summarized dispoable research results having been received in populations of Norway spruce, Scots pine, silver fir, European beech, including populations of sessile and pedunculate oaks. These research results have become a base for recommended treatments aimed at preservation and reproduction of threatened forest tree species populations. Research of forest stands regeneration and reforestation also comprises principles ensuring adequate variability inside populations of individual species.
