摘要:Research plots Zdíkov are situated into the experimental catchment U Lizu in the Šumava Mts. foothills at Zdíkov. Research in this area was focused on water management influence of spruce and beech stands. Plot spruce I was established in 1986 in the older stand that was felled in 1997. In the same year plot spruce II was established in the vicinity of the plot beech established in 1989. Sampling of humus and soil was provided during plot establishment and repeated in irregular time periods, and fallout of substances in throughfall was investigated. In the 1990s deposition of H+, SO4 2-, Cl-,F-, Fe, Al and NH4+ decreased in the observed stands, after 2000 marked fallout drop of Na, Mg, Ca appeared as well as growth of K fallout and also of Mn in throughfall under spruce. Changes were in deposition of observed substances also in concentration of substances in soil water caught under humus horizon. Between 1993 and 2000 pH increased in forest floor of spruce and content of exchangeable cations Mg, Ca and Mn (already on felling) enhanced. In mineral soil pH as well as content of exchangeable basic cations decreased. In 2000 increased content of exchangeable cations was found in beech stand in the layer H of forest floor in comparison with the year 1993 and this state lasted until 2006. In mineral soil sudden fallout of exchangeable catons appeared in 2000. Zone of higher content of cations in adsorption complex occurs in soil profile under spruce (II) already from depth of 50 cm, while in beech stand first from 70 - 100 cm.
