摘要：This article deals with problem of failure and circumvention of game management law in the Czech Republic during the period of July 1, 2002 to June 31, 2006. Court verdicts as well as decisions of offences issued by state organs of game management were examined to analyse the cicrumvention of regulations. On the basis of analysis of the statistics of state administration mentioned above, we examined the sufficiency of the hunting legislation and checking methods. Strategies for an improvement of checking methods were recommended. On the base of results, a proposal was made to amend the above mentioned controlling methods, especially in the field of hunting and game management.
