摘要:The contribution is focused on a pedagogical interview after a class observation in primary school.The interview is between a newly-appointed school teacher and a pedagogical counsellor, herself new in the function. The results point out many tensions between the levels of thoughts and actions.They show in what measure, all along the interaction, each protagonist tries to overcome these tensions. So the situation of the pedagogical advice studied, becomes a test during which two people, carrying apparently incompatible values must work together. The analysis of verbal interactions linked to this situation shows some constitutive aspects of professional identity. The study partly enlightens the conditions which enable the pedagogical advice to develop in order to build professional abilities. This objective cannot be reached without taking account of a singular relation to the teaching job and /or to the function of counsellor.
