摘要:This case study documents the joint and collaborative training activities of a cooperating teacher (CTs) and a university supervisor (USs) during an advisory visit and the effects on the development of professional activity in preservice teachers (PTs) in Physical Education. The analysis concern (a) learning raised on this occasion and (b) the reorganization of mentoring activity following this visit to help the PT to transform his actions in work situation. The results are considered from a theoretical perspective based on cultural-historical psychology (Vygotski, 1997, 2003) and activity theory (Baltes, 1987; Lawrence & Valsiner, 2003; Léontiev, 1981, 1984; Riegel, 1976) in a sociocultural perspective. In support of verbatim transcripts of the advisory visit and self-confrontation interviews, the analysis of results has indicated the circumstances and procedures of an joint triadic supervision without specific adjustments.
