We show that the ordering process mobilizes a "self limitation" instance (the coordinator lays down his / her rules thanks to the mastery of information and timing) and a positioning fact: coordinators are in an "in-between" space (between the team and the school management). However, this is a dissociation between the « order » of the ressources (which are mastered by the coordinator) and the « order » of the results obtained by the teachers (which are not mastered by the coordinator). These results lead us to characterize the function of coordinators as "unfinished".
