摘要：Social changes in the end of 90's are connected with: appearance of the scientific technological revolution as an universal social phenomenon that, more or less, permeates all segments of the society and all concrete global societies; expansion of the market model of the economy; explosive increasing of the ecological problems in planetary proportions. Meaning of such social changes is in contradictory structure of the social processes in which crisis and developing tendencies (example of the societies in transition), destructive and constructive processes, destroying of the existing and creating of the new are born. The need for critical observation and evaluation of such processes is necessary even during the social - economic analysis of the transiting societies ad theirs economies in market economies and democratic pluralistic society.
