  • 摘要:This paper describes a work that implements and tests color histogram and shape based search and retrieve algorithm for Video Frames. The study finds the technique to be effective as shown by analysis using the Intuitionistic Fuzzy based Hausdroff similarity distance measure for both color and shape by taking the degree of membership and non-membership value of each video frames . The testing also highlights the weaknesses and strengths of the model, concluding that the technique would have to be augmented and modified in order for practical use. The Experimental result was conducted with existing approaches namely K-nn, SVM and Fuzzy based approach.
