摘要：There are presented some research results of common yew population in the PLA Lužické Mts. The stocktaking of common yew presence was realized in the area of interest. Especially, the population of 102 individuals of common yew on the locality Horní Sedlo was mapped (staging into map, mark in ground, describing of growing, morphological and physiological characteristics). The above mentioned characteristics were recognized also on all remaining 40 more or less individually growing yews. Orientation isozyme analyses were realized on 27 individuals.
