摘要：The study of mycorrhizal levels was carried out in two exposed stands situated in the area of Obří důl: Růžová hora and Sněžka. For comparison two sheltered plots in the area of Tetřeví boudy were selected: Tetřeví vrch and Jelení vrch. All plots are situated in the Krkonoše Mts. National Park. In 2004 - 2007 fructification of macromycetes and tree defoliation were simultaneously studied as well as standard soil samples with roots for further laboratory examination of mycorrhizae taken. Comparison of mycorrhizal densities and other studied parameters from sheltered and exposed stands revealed differences that, as supposed, reflect influence of specific climatic factors.
