摘要:Experiment aimed to probe the influence of temperature leading to breaking of dormancy and light conditions on state and reactions of assimilation apparatus of fir (Abies alba MILL.) plants was realized in growth chamber. Various possibilities of using chlorophyll fluorescence measurements for evaluation of the physiological state of plants were assessed at the same time. Results showed marked reaction of chlorophyll fluorescence on temperature change and on different light conditions. Noticeable differences in many chlorophyll fluorescence features occurred between vigorous plants (with budburst and growth during 8 weeks in growth chamber) and worse plants exposed to stress during handling (which did not burst and eventually declined). These differences occurred just since the beginning of the experiment in the time of bringing plants into growth chamber and lasted for subsequent weeks. The results suggest the possibility of assessment of plant physiological quality by means of the fast and non-destructive method of chlorophyll fluorescence measurement.
