摘要：There are presented some proposes of conservation and reproduction methods of common yew (Taxus baccata L.) for the zone of the Protected Landscape Area (PLA) Lužické Mts., which was evolved by the Forestry and Game Management Research Institute in collaboration with the PLA Lužické Mts. administration. The conception is based on the propagation of wild yews, lifting of seedlings, raising of plants and their incorporation into typologically adequate forest stands in collaboration with employees of the Forests of the Czech Republic. A propose of local yew clone archive design with parallel role of seed orchard is presented.
