摘要：Growth and development of in vitro plants in wild pear, crab apple, small-leaved linden, European aspen, European white elm and wych elm were investigated on research plot Polná II for four years. Every in vitro plants grew in the same environmental conditions. Growth and development parameters of plantlets were compared and calculated by analysis of variance (ANOVA). There are differences between in vitro plants but no differences are between small-leaved linden - European white elm, European white elm - wych elm on 95% significance level. Increased mortality of seedlings, caused by rodents, was observed in some years.
