摘要：Models of management measures and direct costs of cultivation and felling operations as well as revenues from harvesting have been constructed. For this purpose model arrangements (clear cutting, shelterwood and selection) were established at the experimental forest stand in the forest district Klokočná, forest enterprise Konopiště belonging to Lesy České republiky, s. p. (Forests of the Czech Republic, state enterprise). The comparison shows that considerable cost saving in cultivation operations in case of shelterwood and selection system can be influenced significantly by used felling technology. Despite the considerable scatter of the results of model calculations, it seems that selection system (with the highest credit of close-to-nature forest management) can be given in this growth conditions a full-fledged alternative of forest management. In most model variants the selection system remained economically the most efficient way of forest management.
