摘要：This paper is devoted to the problem of energy efficiency for regional industry. For solving the problem of low energy efficiency of industrial developed region, the author proposes to develop energy efficiency strategy map and balanced scorecard. As a strategyperspective, which is the basis of the strategy map, the following components are proposed: economic and environmental, which are the measures of energy efficiency according to the sustainable development concept, and the components of internal processes and development, which determine the influence of the other efficiency indicators on energy efficiency of industry in the region. Into the energy efficiency strategy map of the regional industry were included indicators of energy intensity of production, fixed capital intensity of production, labor productivity, costs of output per unit, profitability of output, emissions of energy resources per unit, capital intensity, investment of energy use per unit
