The purpose of this study, Small / Medium and Large size business, E-Commerce by several variables to examine their attitudes towards. Research in 2010-2012 in Diyarbakir was performed on 168 SMEs. The data, averages, percentages, t-test and were interpreted to benefit from the analysis of variance. Research as a result, SMEs' attitudes towards e-Commerce "Year" variable has been determined to vary. In addition to investigating the e-commerce to SMEs prefer traditional methods of trade that has been seen. This study on the e-commerce to continue its activities in Diyarbakir trade and the necessary infrastructure for SMEs do not have enough information or has been determined.
