摘要：Nasal polyps are soft, pink or pearl white o utgrowths usually connected with nasal muco sa by flaccid crus. A histological image of nasal po lyps indicates sig nificant differences in part icular cases. Because of the variet y of nasal po lyps, the cho ice of proper laryngolog ical treatment is very difficult. Difficulties in treatment are due to the lack o f co nsensus among physicians regarding the etiopathogenesis of nasal polyps. Probably etiopathogenesis of nasal polyps is not homogeneous and polyps' format ion is influenced by many coexisting mechanisms
