  • 摘要:Job satisfaction is one's attitude towards his job (positive or negative). Satisfacti on in work and the work environment is the basic constituent of employee job satisfaction. Employee attitudes and values influence their behavior. Positive outlook and backup from HR helps modify behavior resulting in higher perf ormance level s. The main focus of this study is to reveal the level of job satisfaction of faculty members in Islami c Azad universities of Iran. To achieve the purpose of this study,theresearchers investigated the present level of job satisfaction among the faculty members of Isl amic Azaduniversity branchesin Iran. Based on a survey, it attempts to gain i nsights into the sati sfaction levels from theperspecti ve of the Islamic Azaduniversi ty teachers. The study concluded with the facts that faculty members are overallsatisfied with their present condition, except the f actors like-traini ng facilities, and some physical faciliti es anddistribution of courses.Further it has been found that there is no significant difference between male and female facultymembers regarding job satisfaction
