  • 摘要:Today, organizations are looking for managers whohave continually adapt abilitywith people from different culturesand the ability to manage cross-cultural communication. Today's work environment,has requireto individualsbe exposed to different culturesand can establish appropriate relation with individuals of other cultures. For this reason, individuals have need to cultural intelligence. Abilityof individualfor compared with the values,traditions and customsdifferent from whataccustomed toit, and working in a different culturalenvironment is introduced cultural intelligence.Cultural intelligence influences on entrepreneurs features, and based on culturegoverningon entrepreneurial society will be changing.In cultures that valuedfor working and wealthentrepreneurship is possible to growcompared with the culture of contentmentand frugality
