摘要：The NSW Department of Health has recently released in draft form a Strategic Framework to Advance the Health of Women. Developed through an extensive consultation process begun in 1996, it represents the next step in an ongoing commitment to develop and improve the policies and services that support the health of women in NSW. This article describes the rationale supporting the development of the strategy and its principal elements.
