摘要：With the changing business environment new threats and weaknesses are arising in front of organizations. In this scenario there is strong requirement of competent leaders who can think strategically and with their conceptual knowledge can establish integrity into the organization. Suitable leadership style can help to survive in the age of talent oriented, innovation and globalization. This research paper presents conceptual framework on leadership skills and examines how an individual's leadership style influences their ability to supervise their employees properly and further continues to look into various views as to what skills should be adopted with changing scenario with a desire to be successful in leadership roles
