摘要：For a long time we believed itwas possible to leave our emotionsat the threshold of the workplace.Rooted in western culture, thisvision sees an opposition betweenemotion and reason and suppressesemotions in order to achieveefficiency and productivity at work.This Cartesian rationality alsomanifests itself in analyses of work.The "body" and the "soul" of theworker are separated, simplifyingthe complexity and heterogeneity ofwork processes and causes anunderestimation of the effects ofwork on emotional and physicalwell-being
