摘要：Příspěvek se zabývá aktuální otázkou dnešního školství, a to kázní. Upozorňuje na společenskou a dobovou podmíněnost kázně. Reaguje na současnou situaci, kdy pod vlivem dynamického společenského vývoje dochází k destrukci i mnoha tradičních hodnot, včetně kázně. Autor chápe kázeň jako ochranu žáků a učitelů ve škole a pokouší se o soudobou interpretaci školní kázně.
其他摘要：This article deals with the discipline, one of the issues discussed in connection with contemporary schools. It explains that both historical period and society determine this category. The article reacts to the current situation characterised by a dynamic social development which leads to the destruction of values, even traditional ones, including discipline. The author understands discipline as a pupil and teacher protection in school and attempts a contemporary interpretation of this term.
