摘要：After nearly two decades of reform, Vietnam today enjoys rel-atively fast and steady economic growth. Increasingly lib-eral social, cultural, and economic environments are conduciveto integration into the world economy, encourage foreign directinvestment, and allow citizens to move both within and beyondnational borders. All induce further economic growth andimprovement in the Vietnamese standard of living.
