摘要：Based on the concept of national wealth, a new approach is proposed, being determined by the development of the information society. Currently, there are local, national and international computer networks, databases covering communities with differentiated levels of inclusion, software and many other files that correspond to data acquisition. All of these require addressing digital component of national wealth with its specific dynamics and characteristics. The paper introduced for the first time the concept of digital national wealth, an original approach named d-national wealth. Metrics are built to evaluate the characteristics of d-national wealth.
