摘要：As far as the nature of a straight bill of lading is concerned, a straight bill of lading is a document of title. On the contrary, the SWB does not belong to a document of title. Therefore, releasing the goods with production of straight bills of lading does not make any exceptions. However, the regulations of the applicable law to the contracts of carriage, the stipulations of the bill of lading, and the enforcement of the right of control to cargo of the shipper shall be taking into account as well.
