摘要：As a contribution to the debate on the enhancement of the EU framework for investment funds, the European Central Bank (ECB) would like to provide its comments on the Commission’s Green Paper on the enhancement of the EU framework for investment funds1 (the “Green Paper”) published on 12 July 2005 for public consultation. These comments represent the views of the Eurosystem, which comprises the ECB and the national central banks (NCBs) of those Member States that have adopted the euro.
