摘要:This article summarizes recent research work on a set of six rock-art sites in the region of Morro do Chapéu, Bahia, Brasil. It presents a brief description of their art as well as a discussion on the styles observed and their relative chronology. Finally the insertion of this art in the context of Northeastern Brazilian rock art is approached and its importance in local level is assessed.
