摘要:The article attempts to discuss icons, such as promotional films, music and dancing shows, Irish-themed pubs and Celtic symbols in all forms of souvenirs, meant to represent Irish identity abroad, especially in the US, where many descendants still feel nostalgic about their origin. Issues of authenticity, commodification and tourist practices and ethnicity will be tackled in relation to these iconic images
