摘要：The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of economic freedom on the growth rates of nations' GDPs. Measures of economic freedom at the national level are obtained from the Fraser Institute, conducts and promotes research into areas focusing on social policy, political strategy and economics. Its primary interest is to measure, study and communicate the relationship among competitive markets, government intervention and the welfare of individuals. The results repo rted here suggest that economic freedom is indeed conducive to economic prosperity and growth
