摘要:For Francis turbines operating at part load or over load a swirl flow arises behind the runner. Due to instability and/or asymmetry of the spiral casing a helical-like vortex rope appears in the draft tube. The goal of the present paper is to develop models of cavitating vortex rope and to evaluate influence of the gas/vapor phase on the pressure pulsation in the turbine draft tube and on the hydroacoustic characteristics of the system as a whole
