摘要：Nutrition Science Online, an Internet course, was designed for secondary teachers to increase knowledge of nutrition science and comfort in using computers and the Internet, and to readily apply information learned in their classrooms. Participants= nutrition knowledge, self-perceived competence, and comfort using the Internet increased significantly as a result of the course. Those teaching the course identified several suggestions for use of the Internet for nutrition education
