摘要:Using the Attributional Style Questionnaire developed by Seligman (1984), the explanatory style of 47 family and consumer sciences (FACS) teachers was described according to their Composite Negative (CoNeg) Composite Positive (CoPos), and Composite Negative and Composite Positive (CPCN) scores. Based on results of composite scores, (CoPos, CoNeg, and CPCN), FACS teachers were optimistic. The planned comparisons approach on years of teaching experience revealed no significant difference between teacher groups. The results of this study indicated that secondary FACS teachers in Georgia had an optimistic rather than a pessimistic explanatory style
