摘要:Innovation. Transparency. Change. Authenticity. Leadership. Followership. Purpose. Collaboration. Emotional intelligence. Buy-in. Risk aversion. Succession planning. Megatrends. Empower. Community. Creativity. Vision. Culture. Trust. These are all buzzwords that I heard over the course of the two days I spent at the 2011 World Business Forum, a conference attended by more than 5,000 business leaders and executives from around the globe. I would argue that caring about and, more importantly, understanding and implementing these ideas and concepts may be the key to law librarians staying relevant and successful within their organizations.
