摘要：Have you ever wondered whether you have what it takes to be a good, great, or even effective leader? Do you believe the saying “leaders are born, not made”? I am sure if you were to survey your colleagues, you would find several different definitions of what a leader is and descriptions of what it takes to be a great leader. During the weekend of October 28, 2011, 33 AALL members tested the premise by participating in AALL’s Leadership Academy at the Hyatt Lodge at McDonald’s Campus in Oak Brook, Illinois. The academy’s theme was “Unleash Your Inner Leader.”
