摘要：However, law librarians working in law firms, corporate legal departments, and other private industry settings are unlikely to volunteer to work on AALL committees. Many of these same librarians are happy and willing to serve on chapter and special interest section (SIS) committees but have not made the leap to the national association level. This article looks at why that might be true and what can be done about it.
