摘要:We intend to make an analysis of the 2010 Higher Education Act -2010, which has been vetoed. In order to do this, the nodal points in 7 categorical pairs will be presented. According to my view, it should be made a thorough review, namely: 1. Ideological diversity Vs. Socialist Society /Socialist Homeland; 2. Professors Vs. Academic Workers; 3. Researcher Vs. Intellectual Builder; 4. Evaluation Vs. Meta-evaluation Assessment Research; 5. The Pan-Philosophical Knowledge Vs. Trivialization of University’s Being; 6. Scientifi c Thought Vs. Alternative Thinking and 7.Voting Parity Vs. Balkan culture. Our work advocates a critical look at the LEU and avoids the bias of sterile political polarization. It follows a line of researching which has been developed over 10 years, because the epistemological vigilance must not only obey the situational time but it has to be a permanent interest for university professors.
