摘要：This work is a tribute to the bicentennial of Declaration of Independence and the birth of Venezuelan nation. The Heroic Villa San Antonio del Tachira was, in the Venezuelan Andes, the birthplace of Venezuelan nation and the home of the region of Tachira. The nation is not built in one day but it forges by long-term, so scientific historians do not just speak about specifi c dates of independence, but they are interested too about independence processes in the building of Venezuelan nation.
