摘要：The North Eastern Region of Development - Romania remains among the least developed regions of economic development both at national and European Union level. The economic situation is even worse in rural areas. Although in the recent years have been created opportunities in the field of regional development, small improvement can be seen. This article aims to evaluate what opportunities haven’t been enough valued in this region and what can be seen as solutions to improve the economic situation in the next years.
